FD60 Fire Rated Oak Door Lining Frame

The FD60 Fire Rated Oak Door Lining Frame comes with two routered/trenched 15 x 4mm channels for intumescent seals and is supplied without a cill or threshold, and is part of our “trade” range of engineered solid laminated constructed frames, made using a laminated hardwood. Key features/benefits include: the frame is adjustable (by a carpenter) to suit any smaller height of door than the size rating of the frame and can be inward or outward opening; all timber used in the manufacture of the frames comes from well managed sources; all frames are supplied ready for final preparation prior to finishing with a suitable treatment. Loose door stops 15mm width, 12mm depth

This door frame does not come with a threshold. The overall size of the frame is 2069mm high for the 80″x32″ door and 2018mm high for the 78″x30″ and the 78″x33″ doors. The overall frame widths are: 32″ door = 880mm, the 33″ door = 905mm and the 30″ = 829mm. The frame is made up of 32mm thick timber with a loose door stop with two lining (wall) widths of 108mm or 133mm wide, which will take a standard FD60 54mm thick fire door in sizes 80″x32″, 78″x30″ and 78″x33″. You can adjust the frame to suit smaller sized doors accordingly – and the frame can be used for any thickness of door as well because of the loose door stops. Suitable to take up to 78×33 (1981×838) door.

Although we do not demand that our internal unfinished products are finished in any particular product, we do stipulate that only the use of a solvent based treatment affording at least the same level of protection as provided by the external Sikkens Rubbol and Cetol system constitutes an acceptable alternative and consequently, it is only in these circumstances that any conditional Guarantee can be offered.
